Product Description

QYF Flail Mower belongs to heavy duty model,which is suitable for using on medium to large sized agricultural tractors from 120 to 160hp and is suitable for agricultural applications like crop residues,cutting grass, cornstalks and shredding branches or twigs up to 12cm diameter. This flail mower we use 5 belts both sides and both are with belt tension wheel. It is convenient for users to adjust the belt tightness without moving belt cover. Our belts with teeth that can prevent slipping from belt wheel.
We use 1200g hammer as standard,but you also can choose Y blade as an option. We do dynamically balance for each rotor shaft with hammer. It can ensure the minimum vibration of the machine.
We design rear hook controlled by hydraulic system for this folding flail mower that can help farmers to open rear hook conveniently and help release grass quickly and cut long grass. You also can change the worn and damaged blade and check the situation of the rotor shaft from the rear hook rather than lift the whole machine in danger.
The flail mower equipped with 2 hydraulic cylinders beside the 3 point linkage(on the top)can lock the mower when it is folded, that can helps transport safely.
